- Quarterly evening membership meetings are offered to members without charge. These meetings are held at various Miami Valley locations. In addition to the opportunity to interact with colleagues and Judges, members hear from knowledgeable and relevant speakers which cover a variety of interesting topics.
- A Trial Practice Seminar and Annual Ethics and Substance Abuse Seminar is being planned, offered to members at a discounted rate.
- A Listserv and web site area available only to members. The Listserv provides a member with access to every other member to exchange ideas and resources to assist in their practice. The web site contains a deposition bank available to members only. The web site includes profiles of officers, board members, new members, sustaining members and summaries and materials from membership meetings.
- MVTLA prospective Sponsors provide members with discounted rates for professional services including experts, investigation, subpoena services, witness location, web site design and marketing, document management, and legal directory services.
- Publications and substantive practice area updates provided to members through printed and online publications and discussions at membership meetings.
- Judicial candidate screenings and endorsements for Miami, Greene, Darke, Montgomery, Preble, Warren and Butler Counties are held every year and members are encouraged to participate.
- Annual Judicial Recognition and Award Meeting at the Racquet Club.
